The institute kept its surgical records across different files and forms, and pre-op exam results arrived on paper — often written by hand. Every operation report was typed up from scratch, and the data from the forms was copied over manually.

In place of all that, we built the institute a single module:

Electronic operations journal

One record form instead of scattered files and formats. The report prints in the clinic’s own layout and exports to Word — no retyping it in a text editor.

Pre-op exam scanner

A paper form only needs to be photographed: the system reads it and lays it out into the exam template.

Directories instead of manual entry

The clinic keeps its own directories of staff, report templates and materials. Repeating fields are filled in by selection — fewer typos and fewer spellings of the same name.
