How do we get started?
A physician just signs up at app.defect.kz and can start right away. For clinics we run a short consultation, configure the system around your structure and train the team.
Do we need to integrate with our EHR?
No — the system works without integration: upload an export from your EHR, a PDF or DOCX, or paste the text. The Chrome extension lets you work right inside your EHR, and full integration is available if you need it.
How much does Defect AI cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your organization and the set of modules. Get in touch and we’ll prepare a quote for your clinic and suggest a setup that fits.
How is data security ensured?
Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and data is protected with end-to-end encryption. We neither process nor store patients’ personal data.
